The purpose of this adaptive reuse project is to honor the historical and architectural significance of the New York State Pavilion while transforming it into a dynamic and functional space that meets contemporary needs.

By preserving its iconic features and integrating innovative design, the project aims to breathe new life into the Pavilion, creating a vibrant cultural and community hub for future generations.

The adaptive reuse will prioritize sustainability, accessibility, and inclusivity, ensuring the Pavilion becomes a welcoming destination for residents, visitors, and diverse stakeholders. Through this revitalization, the project seeks to celebrate the legacy of the Pavilion as a symbol of progress and imagination while reimagining its role as a catalyst for community engagement, economic growth, and public enrichment.
