Hudson Nexus is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use space that harmoniously blends the functions of a museum and an open office environment.
My vision for the project is to reaffirm the design language of “bridging the gap”, which is a common aesthetic around the site. From a programmatic standpoint is to simply bridge the gap between the office space and the museum space by using the public space as the mediator between the two.
The result will be one that synthesizes building performance with environmentally sustainable design.
